Automatic translation: After the financial means for the trial operation in the 2nd half of 1981 was made available in full start work on restarting. Abstract (German)
Nachdem Anfang Juli die finanziellen Mittel für den Versuchsbetrieb im 2. Halbjahr 1981 in vollem Umfang zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, konnte mit den Arbeiten zur Wiederinbetriebnahme begonnen werden. Es handelte sich dabei vor allem um Entkonservierungsarbeiten und um Inspektionen verschiedener Apparate bzw. Anlagenteile. So mußten an den Kompressoren die Verdichterkolben, die Zylinder, die Ventile und die Stopfbuchsen entfettet und montiert werden. Bei der Inspektion des Meßluftkompressors zeigte sich ein Verschleiß der Kolbenringe. Die Ringe wurden ausgetauscht und gleichzeitig neue Saug- und Druckventile eingebaut. Die Schüttgutschieber, die zu Beginn des Jahres ausgebaut und konserviert worden sind, mußten vor der Wiedermontage gereinigt (entkonserviert) und zusammengebaut werden. Nach dem Einbau der Schieber wurde der im Februar verschraubte Gasgenerator erstmals wieder bei 40 bar abgedrückt. Es traten am unteren Gasgeneratorflansch geringfügige Undichtigkeiten auf, die durch Nachziehen der Dehnschrauben beseitigt werden konnten.
