Detector with barrier of schottky based Pd2Si-p-Si

Description
Full text: Detectors Schottky diodes based on noble metal silicides have the highest uniformity of sensitivity of the receiving elements in the matrix. It was made the detectors based on nanocontact palladium silicide - silicon ( Pd2Si-p-Si). Structure of the silicide films were studied by electron diffraction eV-100 method for reflection. To optimize the parameters of photodetectors the mathematical model was developed for contacts of this type
