Description
Synthesis and study of toxic and radioprotective properties of 4-(2 alkylthioethyl)pyridines(1-12) and acid oxalates (13-18) of 1-3 and 5-7 compounds are carried out. It is shown that there are compounds among 4-alkylthioethyl derivatives, enabling survival of 60-100% of rats, subjected to irradiation dose LD84/30. Aqueous form of theses compounds - oxalates - do not possess radioprotective properties. The results obtained give grounds for continuation of serach of radioprotectors among pyridine thioderivatives
