Wavelengths and energy levels of Co IX

Description

The K-like Co IX spectrum has been investigated in the 35-200 nm wavelength region using collision-based spectroscopy. Transitions involving the 4p, 5p, 4d, 5d and 4f electron configurations have been observed. All the energy levels of the 5p, 4d and 5d configurations have been established. The results are compared with Hartree-Fock calculations. (orig.)
