A 100% plutonium-fueled PWR for 21st century
Description
The concept of Over-Moderated Reactor studied offers the possibility of using 100% MOX reloads in PWRs. Consequently, plutonium could be used in a limited number of reactors. Moreover, those homogeneous cores do not need any plutonium content zoning, which is interesting in terms of safety and economics. (author) 2 figs
