Muonic Molecules: Beyond the Coulomb Model

  • 1. Institute for Nuclear Research and Nuclear Energy (Bulgaria)
  • 2. JINR, Bogoliubov Laboratory of Theoretical Physics (Russian Federation)

Description

We report the latest numerical results for the binding energy of the weakly bound states of the muonic molecules (ddμ)11 and (dtμ)11 obtained with account of the leading QED, relativistic and nuclear structure effects, as well as of the interactions within the molecular complexes. The uncertainty of the theoretical value of the binding energy of (ddμ)11 does not exceed 0.1 meV.
