The preliminary practice of uranium ore resources prognosis applying the method of correlation analysis with synthesized parameters

Description

Uranium ore resources prognosis is performed applying the method of correlation analysis with synthesized parameters and notable results are obtained based on the ground detailed prospecting information about gamma spectrometry, track etch method, electric method, magnetic method and geological mapping etc. in a certain district. This method can give the characteristic value and its weighting coefficient, thus the contribution of variables to mineralization is defined and the comprehensive exploration pattern of this district is directly established. It is particularly suitable for uranium ore resources prognosis during detailed exploration stage, and the effect is rather ideal for delineating the potential metallogenic region in prospecting stage
