Description
The report describes in concise form the research tasks and results of the work groups pulsed irradiation, reaction kinematics and insulators and plastics in the field of 'radiation chemistry' of the Hahn-Meitner Institute, Berlin. The main topic of investigation was the kinetics and dynamics of fast chemical processes, the setting-up of chemical reaction mechanisms and research of chemical physical properties of highly reactive species (radicals, ions, electrons). A list of publications and lectures as well as teaching contributions of the institute's scientists, diploma and doctor theses performed in the institute and guest lectures held there is also given. Der Bericht beschreibt die Forschungsaufgaben und Ergebnisse der Arbeitsgruppen Pulsradiolyse, Reaktionskinematik und Isolatoren und Kunststoffe im Fachbereich 'Strahlenchemie' des Hahn-Meitner-Instituts Berlin in geraffter Form. Der Schwerpunkt der Untersuchungen lag bei der Kinetik und Dynamik schneller chemischer Prozesse, der Erstellung von chemischen Reaktionsmechanismen und der Erforschung physikalisch-chemischer Eigenschaften hochreaktiver Spezies (Radikale, Ionen, Elektronen). Eine Liste der Veroeffentlichungen und Vortraege sowie Lehrbeitraege der Wissenschaftler des Instituts, im Institut durchgefuehrter Diplom- und Doktorarbeiten und dort gehaltener Gastvortraege ist angeschlossen.
