Dependence of Tc on the electric field in YBa2Cu3O7-y films
Description
The influence of the electrostatic field perpendicular to the current on the temperature dependence of the resistance of YBa2Cu307-y films is investigated and it is shown that in the Tc region the direction of the change of electric resistance and transition temperature depends on the direction of the electric field.
