System of regulations laying down the procedures for planning, selection, training, permitting service of, and control during operation of nuclear power plant personnel

The individual parts are briefly characterized of a set of regulations concerning the selection and training of nuclear power plant personnel, which is under preparation in the USSR. The set of regulations is based on IAEA recommendations. The first part is devoted to unified terminology. In the second part the principles are determined of the organization plan as an integral part of the nuclear power plant technical project. The third part contains recommendations for personnel recruitment. In the fourth part the requirements are laid down on the qualification, health, etc., of nuclear power plant personnel, and the fifth describes the principles of organization and the working procedures of personnel.
