Amorphous boron and amorphous-like borides
Description
A comparison of the structure types of amorphous boron and MB66 (M = rare earths) is carried out considering cluster models and continuous random network models. Experimental curves of the thermoelectric power and electric conductivity of boron and MB66 as functions of temperature are presented and discussed on the base of structure differences
