Description

The differential diagnosis of recurrent lumbar disc herniation and of scars still presents difficulties. If NMR imaging is not used as a diagnostic tool, the combination of conventional myelography and CT-myelography has proven to be the next best method. (orig.)

Die Differentialdiagnostik von Rezidivbandscheibenvorfall und Narbengewebe bereitet nach wie vor Schwierigkeiten. Ohne Einsatz der Kernspintomographie ist die Kombination von konventioneller Myelographie und Myelo-CT offensichtlich die beste Methode zur Diagnose. (orig.)
