Description
HfO2-ZrO2-TiO2 system interaction is investigated (1300-2800 deg C). Isothermal cross-sections liquidus surface projection onto concentration triangle are plotted. Formation of different extent solid solutions on the basis of HfO2 monoclinic modification, ZrO2 tetragonal modification of Hf(Zr)TiO4 compound and titanium oxide with rutile structure is characteristic feature of the investigated system. New phases within the system are not detected
