Local structure of fluorine atoms in high-temperature superconductors such as Sr2Can-1CunO2n+δF2+y (n = 2, 3) obtained under high pressure

Description
The local structure of fluorine atoms in high-temperature (Tc = 99 and 111 K) superconductors Sr2Can-1CunO2n+δF2±y (n = 2, 3), produced under a pressure of 5.5 GPa, is studied. The studies of fluorine atoms local structure in the 0212-F and 0223-F phases were conducted using X-ray emission and absorption spectroscopy. It is shown that fluorine atoms in the materials studied occupy apex positions in the crystal lattice, forming double layers characterized by a strong F-Sr covalent bond
Abstract (Russian)
Изучается локальная структура атомов фтора в высокотемпературных (Тk=99 и 111 К) сверхпроводниках Sr2Can-1CunO2n+δF2±y (n = 2, 3), полученных под давлением 5.5 ГПа. Исследования локальной структуры атомов фтора в фазах 0212-F и 0223-F проведены с помощью рентгеновской эмиссионной спектроскопии и рентгеновской абсорбционной спектроскопии. Показано, что атомы фтора в данных материалах занимают апексные позиции кристаллической решетки и формируют двойные слои, характеризуемые сильной ковалентной связью F-SrAdditional details
