Description and ways of optimization of PET/CT at radiosurgery center of clinical hospital 'Feofaniya' government affairs

Description

The data sets for the two period were collected.The first period from November to December 2013 and the second period - from February to March 2014. During these periods at the department of PET/CT questionnaires to administrative staff, nurses, radiology technicians, and doctors were administered. Between the first and second data collection the number of daily examinations increased from 10 to 12 per day. A through description of the process of PET/CT examination, determination of responsibility matrix with subsequent analysis and dynamic control of such a complex combination of diagnostic procedure allows the identification of critical organizational and structural problems
