Solid solutions in systems of CdSnP2-CdSnAs2 and CdSnP2-CdGeP2
Description
The possibility of obtaining solid solutions in CdSnP2-CdSnAs2, CdSnP2-CdGeP2 within a wide range of concentrations has been investigated. The samples obtained have been subjected to microstructure, X-ray and X-ray spectroscopic analysis. A procedure has been elaborated for obtaining samples of solid solutions having various composition. Some physico-chemical and electrophysical properties of the samples have been investigated
