Solar neutrino oriented mixing matrix and baryon-photon ratio in the universe

Description
Tribi-maximal mixing matrix well describes the observed data of the atmospheric neutrino mixing angle. However, for the solar neutrinos, it leads to quite large mixing angle which is almost the same as the upper limit on the allowed range. We put a high priority on the realization of the observed solar neutrino mixing angle to obtain a new mixing matrix and evaluate the corresponding baryon-photon ratio in the Universe. If Majorana phase is large, the new mixing can be clearly distinct from the tribi-maximal mixing. (author)
