Numerical simulations and analyses of optical guiding in FELs

Description
On the basis of one-dimensional FEL theory, the diffraction effect of optical wave is considered phenomenally. The characteristics and the pattern of optical guiding are calculated and analyses. Using two-dimensional theory, the optical field profile, filling factor and optical field radius are simualted according to SG-1 FEL parameters. Some factors of effect on optical guiding and operational condition are discussed from these results
