Description
Dumps of thermal power plants in Russia occupy significant areas. They are a source of pollution of air and water basins, contribute to increasing groundwater salinity and falling into the environment of radioactive elements. The work presents the results of experiments to identify the physical and chemical properties and toxicological effect of low-calcium ash from five thermal power plants on the environment. (paper)
