Heat insulation for the domed floor and/or roof of a pressure vessel
Description
The invention refers to heat insulation for the domed floor and/or roof of a pressure vessel, where the thermal insulation is penetrated by a large number of pressure vessel ducts parallel to the axis of the pressure vessel, preferably for a pressure vessel floor in nuclear powerstations equipped with heaters, where the bar-shaped heaters projecting inside the pressure vessel and provided with connections are taken pressure-tight and electrically insulated through the floor ducts. The invention is characterised by the fact that the thermal insulation is made as a single heat insulating hood, which has one penetration for each pressure vessel duct and that the heat insulation hood is centred and held on guides parallel to the pressure vessel axis and is axially movable, so that the heat insulation hood can be lowered from its convection-tight operating position to a parking position on a mounting platform, where the ducts of the pressure vessel will be accessible for repeat tests, and vice versa. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Waermedaemmung fuer den gewoelbten Boden- und/oder Deckelbereich eines Druckbehaelters, wobei die Waermedaemmung von einer Vielzahl von druckbehaelter-achsparallel verlaufenden Druckbehaelter-Stutzen durchdrungen ist, vorzugsweise fuer einen mit Heizelementen bestueckten Druckhalterboden in Kernkraftwerken, wobei die stangenfoermigen, mit Anschlussleitungen versehenen, in das Innere des Druckhalters ragenden elektrischen Heizelemente druckdicht und elektrisch isoliert durch zugehoerige Bodenstutzen des Druckhalters hindurchgefuehrt sind. Die Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Waermedaemmung als einteilige Waermedaemmhaube ausgefuehrt ist, welche fuer jeden Druckhalterstutzen je einen Durchtritt aufweist, und dass die Waermedaemmhaube an druckhalter-achsparallel angeordneten Fuehrungselementen zentriert und axial verschiebbar derart gehaltert ist, dass die Waermedaemmhaube aus ihrer weitgehend konvektionsdichten Betriebsposition in eine Abstellposition auf eine Montageplattform absenkbar ist, bei welcher die Stutzengassen des Druckhalters zur Wiederholungspruefung freigelegt sind, und umgekehrt.
