The recoil characteristics of fission fragments produced by interaction of high-energy α-particles with heavy nuclei

Description
The recoil characteristics of the products of the fission of U, Th and Pb induced by 0.65, 1.74 and 4.12 GeV α-particles were determined by using a polycarbonate detector of fragments. The results obtained are compared with those of other authors for protons of close energies
