Thermodynamic evaluation of the value of solubility of alloying elements in semiconductors taking into account their ionization degree
Description
Given is the thermodynamic derivation of the solidus curve equation for double systems of ''semiconductor-alloying element'' with due regard for the ionization degree of the atoms dissolved in the solid phase of the compound. The behaviour of neutral atoms in the solid phase is considered within the scope of the theory of regular solutions. Theoretical and experimental data agree well
