Space-charge limited conduction in praseodymium oxide films
Description
The DC conduction mechanism in vacuum deposited praseodymium oxide films, within the thickness range of 400 to 2000 A and temperature range of 0 to 1000C, was found to be space-charge limited. A number of parameters, viz. carrier concentration, mobility of charge carriers, trap depth below the conduction band edge, Fermi level etc., have been determined. (author)
