Plant for mixing and binding waste with or in matrix materials

The problem set in the invention is to create a plant, by which filtering of the harmful substances occurring during conditioning is made possible and the secondary conditioning of the loaded filter systems is made easier. Instead of conventional filter materials, the filter unit is replaced in the conditioning plant of the invention by a heap of fritted glass, for example, where the same type of glass is used as that used for vitrifying the waste. The content of radioactive elements in the waste gas is reduced to the ppm level by adsorption on the gas powder surface. (orig./PW)
