Redox reactions of platinum elements. 10. Reaction kinetics between tetravalent rhodium and uranium

Description
The kinetics of Rh(4) interaction with uranyl(4) in HClO4 solution at 25 deg C are investigated. The reaction activation energy is 144±10 kJ/mol. The reaction mechanism includes show stages of UOH3+ ions interaction with Rh(OH)3+ ions and Rh(OH)4 molecules. 7 refs.; 2 figs.; 2 tabs
