Sm-Nd isotope systematics of lower crystal xenoliths from the Yakutian kimberlites

Description

Sm-Nd-isotopic-geochronologic data are obtained on the time of formation of metamorphic paragenesis of minerals sampled from four kimberlites in Yakutia. It is shown that the studied complex of rocks mainly corresponds to plagiogneisses of average composition in terms of mineral associations, chemical composition and metamorphism parameters. The ancient estimates of Nd-model age of xemolites (2.9-3.3 billion years) are comparable with those of metadeposits of the Daldyn series of the Anabar shield
