R&D cavity fabrication and evaluation in CFF

Description
In KEK, superconducting cavities could be manufactured internally by using cavity fabrication facility (CFF), and other existing equipment in mechanical-engineering center. For KEK#01 9-cell cavity, 36MV/m accelerating electric field was recorded by a vertical test. To sophisticate the cavity performance and also manufacturing skills including selection rules of the cavity material, several types of test cavity constructions and evaluation tests are now undergoing.
