Enzymic synthesis of nucleotides labelled with 32P
Description
A method of enzymic synthesis of nucleotides labelled with 33P is described. A considerable decrease of inorganic phosphate contaminations in the applied nucleotides of high specific activity has been achieved by means of enzymic purification using materials involved in ATP synthesis as well as glucose and hexokinase. This method permitted to simplify the preparation of nucleotides with 37 TBq/mmole specific activity and higher
