Description

Theory of specific feature of the second harmonic of the nonlinear photoacoustic response of the solids at the volume absorption of the incident beam is presented. The dependence of the amplitude of the signal on frequency of chopper has been obtained. It is shown that experimental investigation of the amplitude and phase of the second harmonic can be used for determination of the thermo physics values of the samples, gas and substrate and also theirs thermal coefficients.
