High-temperature spectrum of internal friction in the YBa2Cu3O7-δ+ZrO2 system

Description

The temperature spectra of internal friction and dynamic shear modulus for samples of the YBa2Cu3O7-δ+xZrO2 system are studied. Definite temperature ranges (150-250, 380-420, 550-570 deg C) where the anomalous change of Q-i and G are observed are determined. It is noted that a nonmonotonous change of the internal friction depending on the amplitude of elastic oscillations is observed in the 150-250 deg C temperature range. The conclusion is made on the possibility of the phase transfer in this temperature range connected with the ordering of oxygen vacancies. The possibility of plastic shape alteration of the samples of YBa2Cu3O7-δ+xZrO2 is shown
