Description

According to the production quality information management condition of new type product, which has the characteristic of complex production technology, heavy production dates, difficult production journal sheet statistic and traceable difficulty, technology of quality information management was developed. Business flow table and business date table of product manufacture process were plotted and system general software and hardware frame, business model, date model and system functions were designed. The application research of production quality management system was finished for the components of product, which verified the system functions and reliability. Finally, production quality management realized automatic tracing, inquiry, analyzing, warning and retroactive of the production quality information, which improve quality management level of production process.
