Development of new x-ray fluorescence analyzer in multielemental analysis of cement

This is a X-ray tube excited fluorescence analyzer with a proportional counter. No radioisotope source, without the need for liquid nitrogen cooling and vacuum devices. Easy to operate and convenient to repair. It is especially designed for analyzing building materials. The structure of the analyzer and its performances in the cement plants have been described in brief
