Small ceramic article testing with contactless resonance method

Description
Problem of excitation of longitudinal oscillations over the plate thickness and their reception through an air space was considered with the use of half-wave piesotransducers. Optimization of acoustic section, realizing the resonance method with air-acoustic coupling was conducted in mhz frequency range. Device for non-desctructive control of physicomechanical characterstics (mechanical strength in particular) of small ceramic articles of electronics with automatic processing of measurement results, when using mechanical quality as informative parameter, is described
