Exploratory Monte Carlo renormalization group study of the adjoint SU(2)-gauge Higgs model

Description
The four-dimensional lattice SU(2) gauge system with triplet Higgs fields is investigated. A short discussion of the phase structure is given. The first results of a Monte Carlo block-spin RG investigation (with transformations from a 84 to a 44 lattice) for the flow of coupling constants are presented. (orig.)
