Non-critical superstrings: comparison between continuum and discrete approaches

  • 1. Sao Paulo Univ., SP (Brazil). Inst. de Fisica

Description

We review the relation between matrix model and Liouville approach for two dimensional gravity as elaborated by Moore, Seiberg and Staudacher. Then, based on the supersymmetric Liouville approach, and on a supereigenvalue model proposed by Alvarez-Gaume, Itoyama, Manes, Zadra, we extend the previous relation to the supersymmetric case.
