Description

In this paper we present for the first time the 2.3 µm thulium doped tellurite glass fiber laser with practically significant output parameters. The 200 mW average and 400 mW peak output powers at 2.3 µm were obtained using a 30 cm long fiber pumped by a 794 nm fiber coupled commercial laser diode. (letter)
