Simulation studies for charmed baryons production

Description

Multiparticle soft production is a dominant characteristic in most of high energy hadron collision. Processes with many particles at the final state are intrinsically complicated, since too many variables are involved. Nevertheless, it would be possible to utilize the QCD Lagrangian for studying these soft processes, which do not involve large transferred momenta and therefore, the strong coupling constant αs is to much large for using. Consequently, non-perturbative procedures must be adopted. Presently, when describing the soft hadron physics, it is advisable to build models incorporating all the available ideas, motivated by both QCD non-perturbative studies and the S-matrix general properties (duality and unitarity). A non-perturbative approach presently studied consists in N-1 expansions, where N can be either the color number Nc or the Nf flavor number. This expansion provides a topological diagram classification. A model which has been very successful in the light particle production is the Quark Gluon String Model. This model uses the Pomerons quark-gluon strings idea for describing the multiple production of hadrons with low pt at high energies
