Resonant behaviour of heavy-ion systems. Proceedings
Description
The book deals with the experimental and theoretical status of heavy ion resonances. Experimental results for search of resonances are presented from the 9Be-12C system to 40Ca-40Ca system with resonance spins from I=0 to I=42. Determination of resonance parameters such as spin and partial width are discussed. All available theoretical approaches (Generator Coordinate Method, Band Crossing Model, Two Center Shell Model) are examined and discussed. (G.V.)
