Research of the structural evolution and its action on uranium mineralization of Nanxiong fracture belt, southern China
Description
By studying the sediment formations in the basin to the southeast of Naxiong fracture belt and the lithologic composition of structre rocks, this paper discusses the the origination and development, evolution of structural dynamics, fracture pattern and locating pattern of uranium deposits. It was suggested that the NW striking tensional fractures matched to Nanxiong fracture belt during the intensely compress periond were the intrusive passageway of mantle magmatism and deep hydrothermal fluid, and the store place for uranium deposit. The furthering efforts should focus on the covert NW extending fractures by selecting available geophysical and geochemical detecting method to identify the these fractures in exactly position of outcrop,change of occurrence and spacial pattern and validated them with drilling so as to deepen the recognition of uranium mineralization pattern and expand the prospecting achievement.
