Tracing back resonances to sets of exponents which differ by one unit.New finite-energy sum rules

Description
Supposing that an amplitude A can be expressed for large enough energies as a sum of contributions of Regge terms, we find new finite-energy sum rules which involve partial sums of these Regge terms. A correspondence is given between the resonances of the amplitude A and the terms which appear in these partial sums
