Collisional effects on the drift-cyclotron instability

Description
The drift-cyclotron instability in a weakly collisional plasma is considered including temperature perturbations. Collisions are described by a model Fokker-Planck equation. The growth rate of the instability is obtained analytically. (Auth.)
