Phonon states density of V3Si and Cr3Si crystals
Description
For two crystals with the structure superconductor V3Si and nonsuperconductor Cr3Si, using the method of regularization, solutions of incorrect task of state density determination according to temperature dependence of phonon heat capacity are obtained. The solutions found agree with the results of neutronographical and tunnel studies
