Sorption application on oxides for separation and concentration of micro components at analysis of piezoelectric materials

Description

Present work is devoted to elaboration of scheme of analysis of monocrystals of lithium niobate and bismuth germanate on containing of probable trace contaminants which impact on physical properties of crystals. 15 samples of lithium niobate and 4 samples of bismuth germanate were analyzed. The proposed method is simple in process, takes little time (analysis duration 2-3 hours), and allows to identify small amounts of impurities.
