Description

Present article is devoted to synthesis and properties of 2-amino-7-aminomethyl-5-oxo-5 H-1.3.4-thiadiazole[3.2-a] of pyrimidine. For the purpose of synthesis of new fluorine derivatives of 1.3.4-thiadiazole-[3.2-a] of pyrimidine the reaction of various amines with 2-bromo-fluorine-7-methyl-5-oxo-5 H-1.3.4-thiadiazole [3.2-a] by pyrimidine in the methanol medium at a room temperature was studied. The properties of 2-amino-6-fluorine-7-methyl-5-oxo-5 H-1.3.4-thiadiazole [3.2-a] of pyrimidines were defined.
