Description
Thin films of Fe86Zr7B6Cu1 alloy were investigated using magneto- optical Kerr effect (MOKE) and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) measurements. Rapid crystallization of the films, observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), correlated with the changes of coercivity linewidth δHpp, effective magnetization Meff and resistivity p.
