On the mutual relationship between the principal types of uranium deposits in south-eastern China
Description
The uranium deposits widespreadly distributed in south-eastern China are divided into four principal types, i.e. granite type, volcanic type, carboniferous-siliceous-pelitic type and sandstone type. According to recent investigation, although the host rock of these four types are visibly different, yet they are very similar in metallogenetic characteristics and often arise transition types. This paper analysis the mutual relationship between these four types of uranium deposits and considers to conbine them into an unified metallogenetic series in that uranium province. It must be pay much attention to this specific characteristics in the future uranium prospecting and exploration in that area
