Thermal expansion of Cesub(x)Lasub(1-x)Be13
Description
The thermal expansion of CeBe13 and of Cesub(x)Lasub(1-x)Be13 alloys shows an anomaly due to temperature driven valence change. The valence change per ion decreases with decreasing concentration. At low temperature the thermal expansion coefficient is linear in temperature and independent of concentration. (Auth.)
