Study of the ion-induced electron emission from the surface of a single crystal

  • 1. Moscow State Univ. (USSR). Institute of Nuclear Physics

Description

The angular dependence of the ion-induced electron emission coefficient for molybdenum single crystals irradiated with noble gases ions is studied. The experimental results are compared with theory. It was found that the experimental and theoretical dependences were qualitatively similar. (author)
