The operation value of wind power in the deregulated Swedish market

Description

The amount of wind power in Sweden increases continuously. At the end of January 2000 the installed capacity in Sweden was 220 MW which is 25 % more than one year earlier. There is though a continuous discussion about the value of wind power in the power system. In this paper the value of wind power will be summarized. The ''true'' value as well as the market value will be analyzed
