Dependence of spectra and cross sections of proton yield at energy more than 0.4 GeV at fixed angles on atomic weights of colliding nuclei in nucleus-nucleus interactions

Description

Invariant cross sections of proton production as functions of the proton kinetic energy (T>0.4 GeV) at fixed angles from 0 up to 90 deg for (p,d,α,C)+C and (d,α,C)+Ta interactions at 4.2 GeV/c per nucleon are presented. It is shown thht the shape of the proton spectra within the investigated energy interval and at emission angles of Θ≥30 deg does not depend on the type of the projectile in the interactions between light nuclei and carbon and tantalum nuclei. The shape of the proton spectra with T>0.4 GeV does not depend on the type of the target starting with Θ=20 deg. The dependences of the cross sections of the proton yield at fixed angles on the atomic weights of the colliding nuclei (Ap,AT) have been investigated. At power dependences of proton yield inclusive cross sections on the atomic weight of the target (ATαT) parameters αT grow from -0.5 to 1-1.1 with increasing of the angle Θ from 0 up to 90 deg
